Plant Tissue Culture

 

Hii Everyone. Its the randomly post which I'm getting curious w/ Plant tissue culture. I think it's the awesome experience practically Plant Tissue Culture. Honestly, I'm waiting so long time since SHS, bcs I'm getting curious with tissue culture technology both in biotech and in molecular biology. I know the practicum just the basic knowledge of plant tissue culture *w/improper lab-tech hahaa, so sorry. However, I'm enjoying this experience. 

Thanks for the opportunity to learn basic tissue culture. Hopefully, Indonesian horticulture and floriculture can implement the effectiveness of plant tissue technology. Asap Indonesian farmer must be implement the this technology w/ the high rate acceptance and R n D.

hi my friends know not to animals that belch more frequently than men?

yup, one hundred cows moooo answer .... * hahah

they are a cow, a cow in a day can give off gas approximately 2 units of refrigerator you know ..

mereka adalah sapi, dalam sehari seekor sapi dapat menyemburkan gas kira-kira sebanyak 2 unit kulkas lho..

komposisi sendawa sapi bukan udara melainkan gas metana. dalam sehari sapi dapat memproduksi zat metana kira-kira 187 botol plastik berukuran 1,5 liter.

• lendir adalah alat penangkap mangsa: hai teman, pada tau gak cara bunglon dan katak makan? katak atau bunglon akan makan dengan menggunakan lidah yang berlindir sebagai tempat merangkap mangsa. sebagian besar makanan bunglon ialah serangga.saat serangga berada di daun, dan bunglon melihat serangga itu. tiba-tiba bunglon akan menjulurkan lidahnya agar serangga terperangkap oleh lendir binatang si hijau ini. kunang-kunang di Selandia Baru juuga membuat perangkap di gua, yang gelap dengan benang-benang yang lengket. kemudian dia menggulung mangsa yang terperangkap pada lendirnya lalu memakannya.

• Susep mata nyamuk: pernahkan anda berpikir menangkap nyamuk lalu mencongkeli mata nya satu per satu?. gak bakal mungkin lah. lalu gimana ya caranya? konon kelelawar yang memakan nyamuk tidak mencerna mata nyamuk. jadi mata nyamuk itu akan keluar bersama kotorannya, jadi yang dipakai kotorannya kelelawar* hueeks. telah kotoran dikumpulkan, lalu di cuci dengan air dipilih mata nyamuknya lalu di buat sup.

hmmmm gimana ya rasanya?? silahkan coba....wkwkwkwk

trio bakteri penyebab keracunan makanan.

biasanya makanan yang telah terkontaminasi bakteri pantogen, zat kimia ex: insektisida, merupakan keracunan yang terjadi secara alami. namun produksi trio basilus pda usus besar bersifat patogen, berikut ini trio bakteri.

1. salmonella merupakan bakteri berbentuk tongkat yang menginfeksi manusia melalui daging, susu, ayam, telur, dll. selain itu bakteri salmonella juga dapat menginfeksi manusia melalui kulit /binatang peliharaan. 
2. staphylococcus basilus ini berbentuk bulat, dan banyak terdapat pada luka. bakteri ini akan membuat racun dalam makanan, tetapi walaupun dipanaskan racun ini tidak mudah hancur.
3. vibrio parahaemolyticus, bakteri berbentuk tongkat, dan tumbuh dalam makanan hasil laut. seperti kerang, gurita kecil. jadi kalau makanan itu mentah maka kita dapat terkena racum melalui makanan tersebut. 

oh ya kawan untuk itu kita harus berhati-hati dalam memilih makanan agar tubuh kita tidak terkena bakteri patogen, dan jangan lupa makan sehat serta olahraga yang teratur : D

     * Put the clothes / toys seam in the cool room or refrigerator for a day. then wipe ::)
     * Wash bed covers or blankets once a week in hot water about 55 degrees centigrade
     * dry carpet for several hours in the sun.
     * When cleaning using a vacuum cleaner / wet cloth so that dust does not flying.
     * Do not always cover the mattress with a bed cover, so that the mattress is not humid.

mari kita bersama-sama menaklukan kutu debu di semua ruangan....
ada berbagai tips menaklukkan kutu debu salah satunya adalah:

• letakkan baju/mainan berjahit pada ruangan pendingin atau kulkas, selama sehari. kemudian bersihkan ::)
• cucilah bed cover atau selimut sekali seminggu dalam air panas sekitar 55 derajat celcius 
• jemurlah karpet selama beberapa jam di bawah sinar matahari.
• saat bersih-bersih menggunakan penyedot debu/ lap basah agar debu tidak bertebangan. 
• jangan selalu menutup kasur dengan bed cover, supaya kasur tidak lembab. 

mari kita basmi kutu debu dengan melakukan hal-hal kecil seperti di atas. don't for get it

enzim ini melayang di udara dan kalau masuk ke dalam tubuh saat kita bernafas, akan menyebabkan asma dan alergi seperti peradangan nasal (selaput lendir hidung) atau dermatitis atopi (gatal kemerahan pada kulit).
