A.
Tujuan :
Membuktikan
fotosintesis menghasilkan amilum.
B.
Landasan Teori :
Proses
dinamakan fotosintesis. Peristiwa ini akan menghasilkan amilum
C.
Alat dan Bahan :
1. Gelas kimia
2. Tripod (kaki
tiga)
3. Pembakar Spiritus
3. Pembakar Spiritus
4. Tabung Reaksi
5. Cawan Petri
6. Pinset
7. Pipet Tetes
8. Gunting
9. kertas timah/kertas karbon
10. larutan yodium (lugol)
11. alkohol 70%
12. daun tumbuhan (singkong)
7. Pipet Tetes
8. Gunting
9. kertas timah/kertas karbon
10. larutan yodium (lugol)
11. alkohol 70%
12. daun tumbuhan (singkong)
D.
Cara Kerja :
1. Tutuplah
7. Panaskan air di
atas tripod hingga mendidih. Gantilah alkohol bila sudah berwarna hijau.
8. Angkatlah daun

Pertanyaan :
1. Apa tujuan daun
dipanaskan dalam air mendidih ?
Jawab : agar daun
tersebut layu
2. Apa tujuan daun
dimasukkan dalam alkohol panas ?
Jawab : Untuk melarutakan klorofil
3. Apakah ada perbedaan
warna setelah kedua daun ditetesi youdium/lugol ?
Jawab : Ada.
menyebabkan kegiatan fotosintesis terhambat.
(Fotosintesis menghasilkan
amilum).

B.
Theory basis :
The
produce of formation of food in green plants with the help of sunlight is
called photosynthesis. The event will produce amylum.

How its works :
1. Close some
of the leaves of plants that you choose on both sides with tin foil, a
daybefore the experiment.
2. Pick the leaves at the time of going to trial.
3. Open the foil / carbon paper that covers the leaves.
4. Cut the leaves form the two of you close the foil / carbon paper and which are notcovered.
5. Enter both the leaves into boiling water until tender.
6. Enter a leaf that has withered into a test tube and give a 70% alcohol to taste and putit in a glass test tube containing water chemistry.
7. Heat water to boiling on a tripod. Replace alcohol when it is green.
8. Lift the leaves with tweezers, place it on top emudian petri dish. Tetesilah leaves with a solution of iodine (Lugol) and observe the color change occurs.

Question :
1. What is
the purpose of the leaves are heated in boiling water?
Answer: make withered leaves
2. What are the goals included in the alcohol leaves the heat?
Answer: soluble chlorophyll
3. Is there a difference in color after the leaves drops youdium / Lugol?
Answer: yes. In leaves didn’t close by tinfoil the leave change color after lugol drooped became dark blue. While, in leaves close by tinfoil change to pale yellow.

Conclusion :
From the above experiments we can tell the difference in leaf plantsphotosynthesize by being covered by an object which causes the photosynthetic activityis inhibited. Each difference can be seen when we shed a solution of iodine / Lugol on the leaves that had been heated in water and alcohol. Color in plants that are covered by the carbon paper is pale yellow and color of the leaves aren’t covered with carbon paper is dark blue. Where the leaves aren’t covered by tinfoil is live photosynthesis after lugol dropped the color is dark blue indicate the leaf produce amylum at photosynthesis. So, photosynthesis produce amylum.
